Andrea McCutcheon

Andrea

Andrea is our Trustee and Accounts Administrator and is responsible for many of the day-to-day tasks within the Team including processing the receipts and payments, the monthly bank reconciliation, investigating various account queries, and much much more.  Andrea has been with Coats since 1998. She is always happy to help and as well as being a bit of a party girl, would like to think that she is just one song away from pop stardom.

Steven

Steven joined the Pensions Office in 2022 as our Accounts and Investments Administrator, processing the income and outgoings of the Scheme as well as preparing investment reconciliations, bank reconciliations and updating/preparing miscellaneous reports as required. In his spare time he is a bit of a gym nerd, which he balances with being a regular nerd.

Nichola

Nichola joined the member services team in 2022. Her specialities include payroll and, more recently, our annual increase projects. Although she has more than 7 years experience with in-house schemes, pensions is a world away from Nichola’s original career path – her degree is in physiotherapy. She claims to remember none of her university studies, though that could be a ruse to prevent her colleagues from coming to her with their ailments. Outside of work, she enjoys day trips when the weather allows, or the cinema when it doesn’t! She’s a big sports fan and has been to quite a few sporting events including Wimbledon and Formula One.

Lauren

Lauren is our Business Analyst and joined Coats in July 2019. Lauren has a solid background in Defined Benefits pensions administration, including in-house administration and pensioner payroll. She studied engineering at University but the glitz and glamour of pensions caught her eye. Who can blame her? She has already proven to be a great asset to the Systems team – her project plans are legendary – and combines her role in the Pensions Office with the even more onerous one of Mum’s taxi to her two children. At least we let her have a lunchbreak. Well, sometimes.

Sam Munro

Samantha

Samantha joined Coats in 1999 and was originally part of the Group Member Services team, expertly dealing with enquiries relating to members’ benefits. She has always been a helpful and efficient member of the team and her project management and organisational skills were soon recognised. Sam is now part of the Systems team, where she liaises with the GMS team to ensure that our systems and processes meet the needs of the office and our members. Samantha is a busy mum and enjoys spending time with her family, dog, and various other pets.
