Pensions Services

The Pensions Administration team makes up the majority of the Pensions office, and are the people you’re most likely to speak to on the telephone. Pensions Administration are responsible for meeting the service level timescales agreed between the Trustee and the Coats Pensions Office. This involves calculating members’ benefits, answering general queries, the payment of pensions and many other tasks which are required in the day-to-day running of the Coats Pension Plan.
