Accounts

The Accounts Team is responsible for a variety of tasks including processing receipts and payments, monitoring the Budget, collecting and reconciling monthly contributions and AVCs, updating monthly investment movements, bank reconciliations, monitoring cashflow and reconciling pensions received from various insurance companies. Each of these tasks has an impact on one of the team’s key functions – the production of the Plan’s Annual Report and Accounts. Added to this, the team also completes the VAT return, issues AVC statements to members, produces the quarterly membership movements and provides administration for the Coats Foundation Trust.
