The assets and liabilities of Brunel Holdings Pensions Scheme, Coats Pension Plan and Staveley Industries Retirement Benefits Scheme were transferred to the new Coats UK Pension Scheme on 1 July 2018.

Coats UK Pension Scheme includes the members of all three former schemes. There is no change to the type and amount of member benefits as a result of the merger.
