As previously advised, a replacement for the members-only website, My Coats Pension, is on hold until after the launch of the Pensions Dashboard Programme.
Pensions Dashboards are intended to allow people to see their retirement savings from all sources at a glance. There have been a number of delays and revisions to the programme and the present deadline is October 2026. Coats Pensions Office are continuing to prioritise the launch of the Pensions Dashboard (which is a legal requirement) and, thereafter, ensure that any replacement site is compliant with the Pensions Dashboard Programme.
Please be assured that we will advise you of any progress when we have more information.
In the meantime, we are pleased to advise that Coats Pensions Office is working with Datagraphic – an electronic communications company – to provide pensioner payslips and P60s online.
Pensioners (including beneficiary pensioners) will soon be able to register to receive their payslips and P60s via Epay – a secure, online platform – instead of by post.
We expect to be able to offer this service later in 2024, and we will write to those pensioners who are registered for electronic communications with further information – including how to sign up to Epay – nearer the time.
Pensioners who would like to be notified about Epay and haven’t already registered for electronic communications can do so by clicking on subscribe.
Deferred members can continue to register for electronic communications such as The Link (which will be sent by email) by following the steps here.
We will update the News section of our website with more information about Epay when it becomes available.
