Our secure online member portal is taking a break while we make improvements to enable all members of Coats UK Pension Scheme to access their pension information, and to build in the latest online security features. As a result My Coats Pension (MCP) is now offline until further notice.
This temporary interruption to the availability of My Coats Pension means that we won’t be able to upload payslips until further notice. Payslips for the January pension payment have been posted out to you at the address we hold for you.
Printed payslips are normally only sent to pensioners whose monthly pension, after tax, changes by more than £5.00. Once MCP is available again, we will resume uploading payslips for all MCP members who receive a pension on a monthly basis.
We are working closely with our developers to get this new improved service up and running as soon as possible. The complexities of this mean that we don’t have a firm timescale at present. Please be assured that if the service is unavailable when any of our essential communications (funding statements, P60s etc) are issued, they will be posted out to you.
