Change to contact details for the Scheme

Members will be aware that the administration of the Scheme moved to Gallagher Benefit Services (“GBS”) in October 2024.

As part of the move to GBS, there has been a lengthy project to move Scheme and member data to Gallagher’s administration systems. This project is almost complete and from 1 October 2025, your Coats UK Pension Scheme information will be held in GBS administration systems.

As a result, contact details for the Scheme have changed and are shown below – please use these new contact details if you need get in touch.

A letter has been sent to all members giving more information about this change, and containing exciting news about the Coats UK Pension Scheme portal, launching on 1 October 2025. You can read more about the Portal here.

Pensioner payment dates will stay the same.
