Keeping things simple is one of the main aims of the Coats Pensions website. So the new changes to pensions taxation, called Simplification, should be most welcome. Unfortunately, the changes seem to have made pensions - an already complex issue for most people - even more complicated.

The new legislation brings with it some new terminology. We've added this to our Jargonbuster. In addition, we've updated our Links section to provide more information about some of the organisations at the heart of the new legislation. In particular, we found that the Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) has some very useful information about 'A' day.

We know it's a heavy subject, so we've attemped to add a light-hearted element too, and have updated our Fun section with a quiz about the letter A!
